Monitoring – Data Collection
Our system of monitoring devices captures critical data 24×7 for use during initial assessments and are critical to ensuring the collection of data for forensic analysis during a network event.
The immense volume of data collected is then interpreted by our team to produce actionable intelligence for significantly expedited troubleshooting. By quickly eliminating what the problem is not, we can align resources strategically to focus on a rapid resolution.
Analysis of the data reveals both acute and trending issues. By making our customers aware of trending issues before they become major problems remain strategic and focused on long term success.
When an issue arises, we can notify your team of the issue as needed. Thresholds are established for critical and warning type events and able to be routed as needed.
As alerts and warnings are triggered our team can filter them and perform root cause analysis to focus the troubleshooting effort for your team to direct efforts strategically. This is the difference between asking for a map and asking for directions. We will provide the compass to follow.
When alerts are triaged we can then take the information and move to resolve on your behalf. In this case our team is empowered to proactively resolve issues for you. This is the difference between asking for directions and having us drive your car to the destination.
Technical Team of engineers is dispatched to a site to identify a baseline from which to begin. This critical step enables our team to learn about the unique environment and gather information to produce an actionable plan to address issues. This process includes WiFi Heat Mapping, Spectrum Analysis, Physical Inventory, Data Closet Inspection, and recording the performance of the wired and wireless network over a period of time. This proven methodology allows our team to then correlate this data to our customers specific challenges and many times for the first time truly answer the question “I really want to understand what is happening in my environment and how it is impacting my business”. Once we agree as a unified team what the issues are we can create a synergistic approach that empowers the current team and allows our team to fill in where appropriate to reach a common goal of a stable and reliable network without the surprises.
Wi-Fi Network Design
For customers that are ready to upgrade or are building new our team of engineers combines predictive modeling and engineering expertise to create a plan on paper that is strategically aligned to our customers vision. This planning stage is critical for anyone who wants to spend their time growing their business in their given area of expertise and not fighting technology every day. A failure to plan is a plan for failure and we won’t let our customers suffer the heartache of a future network disaster. Simply put we stand by our work and by our customers to ensure they are successful.
Once a design is created our team of certified installers will implement the design with impeccable precision. Every installation is fully documented and approved before signoff. What may seem like a small detail to some is a big deal to us as we know the daily impact of improper installation. Our national team will get it done right the first time guaranteed.
Support and Emergency Response
In the event of a network emergency we can dispatch our team as needed. In some cases, we are called in to fix an existing system while in others we have to deploy completely new. Our team is equipped with rapid deployment technologies that allow us to bring the network with us and have you back up and running as soon as possible. We are also aware that during an assessment something may arise that requires immediate attention and therefore run a parallel service during assessments in the event of a problem such that we can document the issue and address it in tandem with established project milestones.
For temporary events where a network needs to be functioning but nothing exists before we arrive and nothing will be left after we leave our team provides a ruggedized Network in a Box deployment where our full battery of devices and expertise are combined into a fully managed deployment including the design, staging, delivery, implementation, setup, event management, tear down, and final documentation. These event solutions include voice, video, data, mass notification paging, surveillance, building to building connections, and more. All of these services are supported either onsite or remotely from our Network Operations Center
The Snapshot program is a seven (7) day assessment of your Wi-Fi environment. This is a subset of our full assessment and is not meant to be a replacement but will allow us to get a strong sampling of your worst or most critical area, within your environment. We will be looking specifically at conditions that can degrade the user experience, such as:
- Competing signals from neighbors
- Both Wi-Fi and non-Wi-Fi Interference
- Network upload and download speeds
- Number of connected devices
- Health of client connections
- Network Response time
- Delays related to the underlying network which impact the Wi-Fi
- Times of day that are most impacted
Because your environment is unique, the above list is just an example of what we will be looking for. Once the data is collected the information will be correlated to create a list of observations and recommendations to be discussed as a team and ensure alignment for remediation and next steps.
